So far so good. Competitive rates, and the two times I've had to use customer service, they've been nice and helpful. I like the emergency vet fund. With 5 pets and 2 of them being seniors, you never know when/if something could go wrong, so it's cool to have that.
Their site is a little bare bones and I didn't like that I couldn't transfer my service online, but it's not that big of a deal. Overall, very satisfied.
I've been with good charlie for 8 months and am absolutely pleased with them. They paid a vet bill that I had when my dog had a life threatening emergency. They are always there to help with 4th any bill questions I have as well. My bills have been so reasonable.
I recently used the pack benefit of the Vet Help . I was so worried about my little Foster dog. He had had a really ugly cough. I have a little bit of knowledge in canine health. But the cough was a little more intense than what I have seen before. It wasn't an emergency but I did want to talk to a vet to help Cooper out .
Thank you so much good Charlie for offering these extra services. With the help of the tela vet and the information she provided. I was able to get Cooper up and healthy condition within 3 days here at home instead of having to take him to the vet and spending a whole bunch of money . that and this is no joke the money I would have spent on a vet in person I able to use to pay my electric and put something towards the round up plan 🙏🏼lol . I'm on a fixed income and every penny counts.

I've had Good Charlie electric for the last 5 months and thus far it has been a wonderful experience. Recently, due to a website update, the online payment portal was not working and I reached out to both the online chat and help number and received prompt, friendly and great help. Natasha, online was able to route me to the number to call and explained the situation that was happening on the site. On the phone I spoke to Richard and he, too, was very quick, professional and was able to process my payment over the phone and send the verification to me. While the payment portal being broken was a bit of an inconvenience, both these people made the process of paying alternatively quick and painless. I really appreciate their help and I hope to keep receiving the great service I have been through Good Charlie. 😁
When we first moved to Texas the whole provider thing was difficult to understand but we just got lucky when choosing Good Charlie. We have had no issues in 6 months and their website and customer service is great. When it was time to renew the website was showing higher rate plans but after calling the agent offered me a better plan and we will now be renewing for another term. On top of good service, it's nice to have the pet services available too. Highly recommend.
